Tiger, Wolf and Bear Scouts:
The parts that make up your Cub Scout uniform are these:
Webelos Scouts:

Webelos Scouts may choose to wear either the blue Webelos uniform based on the Cub Scout uniform or the khaki/olive uniform similar to the one Boy Scouts wear. (Pack 225 Scouts have historically chosen the khaki/olive option) For the khaki/olive uniform, boys wear the official Boy Scout olive trousers or shorts and official Boy Scout khaki long or short-sleeved shirt with blue shoulder loops. Official blue socks (with gold tops) are worn with the blue uniform, and official BSA socks are worn with the khaki/olive uniform. With either uniform, all Webelos Scouts wear the Webelos neckerchief (plaid with the Webelos emblem), Webelos neckerchief slide (handmade slides are also acceptable), Webelos cap, and Webelos belt buckle. Note that the Webelos belt buckle will fit either the blue or the olive belt, but the belt loop recognitions for the Cub Scout Academics and Sports program fit only on the blue web belt.

Besides showing that you are a member of the Cub Scouts, your uniform gives you a place to display your personal achievements and those of your den and pack. Badges of rank, award emblems, special recognitions, and the medals you win at Cub Scout activities are all sewn or pinned onto your uniform. View Uniform Patches
Unless your den leader says otherwise, you should wear your Cub Scout uniform to all Scouting activities—not only den and pack meetings, but every activity in which you take part with other Cub Scouts.
Here are guidelines from the Boy Scouts of America website for wearing the uniform:
